New Owen Hart Documentary Announced With Never-Before-Seen Footage

Screen Daily is reporting that Kaleidoscope Film Distribution announced that they are currently working on a brand new documentary on Owen Hart that will be named Owen. The announcement was made during this year’s virtual Cannes Film Market Event.

The film which is currently in production is expected to be released in late Q1 2021 and will feature never-before-seen footage. Initial footage will be available through Marché du Film Online, while Kaleidoscope is expected to handle worldwide sales. The documentary will feature new interviews with Owen’s friends and family, including his brother Bret Hart. More wrestling names are expected to be added in the future. The film is being directed by Jo Lewis with Keaton Stone and Western Edge Pictures’ Vaughan Sivell producing. The executive producers will be Dr. Martha Hart, Lee Brazier, and Kaleidoscope CEO Spencer Pollard.
