Roman Reigns vs. Erick Rowan Announced For SmackDown On FOX Premiere

It was recently announced by The WWE that this coming Friday night’s episode of SmackDown LIVE, which is the show’s premiere on FOX, will see Roman Reigns take on Erick Rowan in a one-on-one match.

Justin Barrasso Of Sports Illustrated was reportedly the first to make the announcement on the match. This coming Friday night’s episode of SmackDown LIVE will not only be it’s FOX premiere, but also the show’s 20th Anniversary Special as well as The Go-Home Show for the upcoming WWE Hell In A Cell PPV Event.

At WWE Hell In A Cell, Roman Reigns will team up with Daniel Bryan as they take on the duo of Erick Rowan & Luke Harper. SmackDown’s FOX premiere will see the appearances of several WWE Hall Of Famers & Legends including “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan, Sting, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Booker T, Lita, Mick Foley, Kurt Angle, Bill Goldberg, Trish Stratus, Mark Henry & Jerry “The King” Lawler.

SmackDown’s FOX premiere will also feature WWE Champion Kofi Kingston defending his WWE Title against Brock Lesnar, RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair vs. SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley & Sasha Banks in a Women’s Division Tag Team Match and Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon in a Ladder Match.
