State of Pennsylvania Moves To Revoke Tammy Sytch’s Parole After Arrest

Tammy Lynn Sytch Sunny

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch (Sunny) was arrested in Middletown, New Jersey on Monday and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, eluding a police officer and contempt/violation of a domestic violence restraining order.

PWInsider is reporting that the state of Pennsylvania has filed a motion to revoke Sytch’s parole due to violating the terms. Sytch is being held at the Monmouth County Correction Institution.

According to court records, Sytch was following the requirements of her parole, including making monthly payments of restitution. No hearing was set at this time, but if the court sides with PA, Sytch may have to serve the remaining time in her sentence at the Carbon County Correctional Facility. Sytch was paroled in February 2020, after being in jail since March 2019 after a bench warrant was issued for her arrest in February 2019.
