Austin, Hogan, Cena, DX & Other WWE Legends Return At RAW Reunion

Last night’s reunion episode of Monday Night RAW from The Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida featured several segments that saw the returns of a number of WWE Legends & WWE Hall Of Famers. Below are those segments in no particular order along with the photos and the videos:

RAW opened up with The 16-time World Champion John Cena having a rap-off with The Usos (Jey & Jimmy Uso), who had their dad, Rikishi, with them. This would then lead to The Usos, with Rikishi at ringside, winning a Non-Title Match over RAW Tag Team Champions The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder), who had D-Von Dudley with them at ringside. Cena’s rap mentioned The Usos’ arrests and mugshot photos.

“The Immortal” Hulk Hogan & Jimmy Hart was shown in a brief backstage segment. We would also see Alicia Fox, Kaitlyn, Torrie Wilson & Santino Marella appear in their own brief backstage segment with Drew McIntyre & Dana Brooke. Drew McIntyre would insult them for being so-called “Legends” and then he would just leave.

The Godfather would also appear in a backstage segment with Charly Caruso and ask her what time it was, then he would tell everyone that it is time to get on the Ho Train. He would also appear right after Drake Maverick won The WWE 24/7 Title from R-Truth. Christian would do commentary for the match between The Viking Raiders (Erik & Ivar) and Zack Ryder & Curt Hawkins while Lilian Garcia was the ring announcer for that match, Booker T would do commentary for the match between The Revival & The Usos, Jonathan Coachman would do commentary for the match between Rey Mysterio & Sami Zayn and Jerry Lawler would do commentary for the match between Seth Rollins & WWE United States Champion AJ Styles.

Kurt Angle, Jillian Hall, Jimmy Hart & several others were shown from time to time at a backstage segment that featured a RAW Reunion Party. Rob Van Dam, Sgt. Slaughter, Shane “Hurricane” Helms & Kurt Angle went down to ringside during the match between Sami Zayn & Rey Mysterio to prevent Zayn from walking out in the match as Sami Zayn insulted several Legends during a backstage segment that featured a RAW Reunion Party.

DX (Triple H & Shawn Michaels) went down to ringside during The Non-Title Match between Seth Rollins & WWE United States Champion AJ Styles. They entered the ring to stand with Rollins after Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson interfered in the match to force a DQ. They would then throw crotch chops to start a 6-Man brawl. The OC then brought steel chairs to the apron but this brought out “Road Dogg” BG James, Sean “X-Pac” Waltman, Kevin Nash & Scott Hall. DX & The Kliq would then stand tall together to intimidate The OC into leaving, thus ending the segment.

Mick Foley & Mark Henry were shown in a brief backstage segment. Foley would also come out to talk about RAW but he was attacked and destroyed by “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt. The show-closing segment featured a “Toast to Monday Night RAW” that started with Ric Flair coming out as the group of Legends and former Superstars gathered behind him on the stage. Hulk Hogan then came out for a few quick words and then Stone Cold Steve Austin made his entrance to the biggest pop of the night. Austin then talked about WWE and the fans being a family and then raised toasts to RAW, the wrestlers, the fans and just about everyone else. RAW Reunion went off the air with The Legends, Hall Of Famers and former Superstars sharing beers in the ring.
