Two WWE Creative Team Writers Recently Released

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, SmackDown LIVE Co-Lead Writer Steve Guerreri & Monday Night RAW In-Office Lead Writer Steve Oppenheim were recently released by The WWE.

Guerreri has been working with The WWE since 2012 and Oppenheim started working for The WWE in 2011. There is no word yet on what led to the departures of these two lead writers, but the decisions were reportedly not made by Monday Night RAW Executive Director Paul Heyman or SmackDown LIVE Executive Director Eric Bischoff.
