WWE Reportedly Signs Mercedes Martinez

It was recently reported by SoCal UNCENSORED that WWE has signed Indie Star and Former Mae Young Classic Competitor Mercedes Martinez.

Mercedes Martinez has competed in The Mae Young Classic Tournament for about two times now and she has also wrestled in NXT on several occasions. Mercedes Martinez also participated at AEW’s All Out PPV Event in The Casino Battle Royale.

Mercedes Martinez has also wrestled in several other wrestling promotions such as Shimmer, Ring Of Honor (ROH), World Xtreme Wrestling (wXw), Women Superstars Uncensored and Beyond Wrestling. She made her wrestling debut in 2000 and was trained by Jason Knight.

Mercedes Martinez is the current AWS Heavyweight Champion. Sports Illustrated even listed her on their Top 10 Women Wrestlers Of 2019.
