The main event of last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown saw The Usos (Jey & Jimmy Uso) make their returns to The Blue Brand.

There was a Tag Team Match between “The Show Off” Dolph Ziggler & King Corbin vs. “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns & Daniel Bryan. The end of The Tag Team Main Event Matchup would see WWE Universal Champion “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt, who is set to defend his WWE Universal Title against Daniel Bryan at The 2020 WWE Royal Rumble PPV Event, attack Bryan from behind and then disappear.

That would then allow Dolph Ziggler & King Corbin to attack Roman Reigns and bring him in the ring with a chain to humiliate him one more time with another dog food bath. The Usos would then make their way down to the ring and save Roman Reigns.

Friday Night SmackDown would then go off the air with The Usos standing tall in the middle of the ring with Roman Reigns while Dolph Ziggler & King Corbin were recovering from a double suicide dive courtesy of The Usos at ringside.

The Usos had been away from WWE TV since July after Jimmy Uso was arrested on DUI charges. He was found not guilty of those charges back on Wednesday, December 18th. It was reported back in late December that The WWE Creative Team were given instructions to start coming up with ideas for The Usos’ return. They were scheduled to return during The SmackDown FOX Premiere and 20th Anniversary Special back on October 4 at one point, but the return never took place.

It was also reported back in late December that The Usos were set to remain on RAW, but it looks like they will be moving to The Blue Brand after last night’s episode of SmackDown. The Usos are currently listed on The RAW roster on The WWE website, but they do not have a brand listed on their individual Superstar pages. There is no word yet on what The WWE has planned for The Usos, but updates will be provided once it is made available.
