According to information from PWInsider, there will be a docket sounding on Wednesday at 1:30 PM ET.

Sytch was formally charged in May with a total of nine offenses linked to the vehicular incident that happened on March 25th. Her charges include one count of DUI manslaughter (a third-degree felony), one count of causing death while driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license (a third-degree felony), four counts of DUI causing injury to a person, and three counts of DUI causing damage to property.

Sytch has pleaded not guilty to these charges. Additionally, she is facing lawsuits from Julian Lasseter’s daughter and Jana Olivova, both claiming to have sustained injuries due to the traffic accident.
