NXT Women’s Title Match Between Baszler & Ripley Set For December 18 NXT Episode

This past Wednesday night’s episode of NXT TV saw a segment wherein Rhea Ripley was beaten down in a 3-on-1 attack by NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir and Jessamyn Duke. Baszler would then apply The Kirifuda Clutch on Ripley, which forced her to pass out and lay motionless in the middle of the ring for a few moments.

The NXT Women’s Champion then grabbed the microphone and granted Ripley her request for an NXT Women’s title shot, making their NXT Women’s Title Match for The December 18th episode of NXT official. Baszler defeated Xia Li in a Non-Title Match earlier in the night.
