Lesnar Destroys Mysterio & His Son On RAW, Rey’s WWE Universal Title Shot Delayed

The opening segment of last night’s episode of Monday Night RAW from The Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Arizona saw Rey Mysterio cut a promo on winning The WWE Universal Title later on the show as his son Dominic was watching from ringside.

Brock Lesnar’s music would then hit and he would make his way down to the ring with Paul Heyman. Lesnar would then destroy Rey Mysterio, then grab Rey Mysterio’s son Dominic and bring him to the other side of the barrier. Lesnar would then beat the living hell out of Dominic and leave him laying in the middle of the ring. Lesnar was not finished there as he would once again lay waste to Rey Mysterio and his son Dominic.

It was indicated later in the night that Rey Mysterio was not cleared to compete in his scheduled WWE Universal Title Match against WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins, but Seth Rollins would promise Rey Mysterio that once he will be cleared to compete, he would still get his WWE Universal Title shot. There is no word yet on when The WWE Universal Title Match between WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins & Rey Mysterio will take place, but more updates and information will be provided once it is made available.
