Wrestling Observer Radio is reporting that WWE has contacted Tessa Blanchard after Impact Wrestling terminated her contract a couple days ago.
It is currently not known if AEW, which is where her father Tully Blanchard works, has contacted Tessa yet. Blanchard’s contract was set to expire at the end of this month, but Impact decided to terminate her contract now after it became obvious that she would not be coming back for Slammiversary on July 18th to drop the title.
Blanchard has worked with WWE before, as she was one of the competitors in the first Mae Young Classic, losing in the first round to eventual winner Kairi Sane.
