Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Rusev to become The New WWE United States Champion during last night’s WWE Royal Rumble Kickoff Show. This would be Nakamura’s second reign as The WWE United States Champion. Rusev defeated Nakamura for The WWE United States Title back on The December 25th episode of SmackDown LIVE.
