This coming Friday night will see The FOX premiere Of WWE SmackDown and it will feature the appearances of the biggest names in the wrestling industry, but none can be bigger than the creator of SmackDown himself, “The People’s Champ” The Rock.
At first, it was unsure if The Rock would be able to make an appearance on this Friday’s WWE SmackDown premiere on FOX, but The Great One himself recently took to Twitter and made a huge announcement that he will indeed be returning to The Blue Brand at this Friday’s huge premiere on FOX, which is also WWE SmackDown’s 20th Anniversary Special. This Friday night’s WWE SmackDown premiere on FOX will be emanating from The Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
Other WWE Hall Of Famers & Legends appearing on WWE SmackDown’s FOX premiere include “The Immortal” Hulk Hogan, Sting, “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair, Booker T, Lita, Mick Foley, Kurt Angle, Bill Goldberg, Trish Stratus, Mark Henry & Jerry “The King” Lawler.
WWE SmackDown’s FOX premiere will also feature WWE Champion Kofi Kingston defending his WWE Title against Brock Lesnar, RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair vs. SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley & Sasha Banks in a Women’s Division Tag Team Match, Kevin Owens vs. Shane McMahon in a Ladder Match with the loser having to leave WWE SmackDown for good and Roman Reigns vs. Erick Rowan in a Singles Match.
