Several New Matches & Changes Announced For Sunday’s WWE Extreme Rules

It was recently announced that WWE United States Champion Ricochet will be defending his WWE United States Title against AJ Styles at this coming Sunday night’s WWE Extreme Rules PPV Event. The announcement was made via WWE’s official Twitter account prior to the start of RAW this past Monday night.

This past Monday night’s episode of RAW would see another match being announced for this coming Sunday night’s WWE Extreme Rules PPV Event as it was said that Braun Strowman & Bobby Lashley will be facing each other in a Last Man Standing Match. This match was made following the stage explosion that took place between the two Superstars last Monday night on RAW.

RAW this past Monday night featured two Beat The Clock Challenge Matches between SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley vs. Sarah Logan and Nikki Cross vs. Dana Brooke. Nikki Cross ended up winning The Beat The Clock Challenge as she won her match against Dana Brooke faster than SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley won her match against Sarah Logan. Per the rules of the challenge, Nikki Cross earned the right to pick the stipulation for Alexa Bliss’ Match against SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley for The SmackDown Women’s Title at this coming Sunday night’s WWE Extreme Rules PPV Event. Nikki Cross chose a 2-on-1 Handicap Match as the stipulation which means that she and Alexa Bliss will be teaming up to take on Bayley.

It was also recently announced that RAW Tag Team Champions The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder) will be defending their RAW Tag Team Titles against The Usos (Jey & Jimmy Uso).
