Noam Dar vs. Travis Banks Possibly Happening At NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff

Yesterday’s episode of NXT UK saw Noam Dar pick up a singles victory over Ashton Smith. After the match, Noam Dar got on the microphone and said that he will be competing at the upcoming NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff PPV Special, but WWE has yet to announce an opponent for Noam Dam for the special event.

It looks like Travis Banks may be Noam Dar’s opponent at NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff, but that has yet to be confirmed. Based on the storyline, Travis Banks has said that NXT UK General Manager Johnny Saint has denied the true nature of Noam Dar’s contract, which Noam Dar claims to be iron-clad. Dar also said that he has a guaranteed spot on The NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff card, but when asked a question regarding Travis Banks, he just simply walked away, which you can check out in the video below:

This is the second-ever NXT UK TakeOver PPV Special and it is set to take place on Saturday, August 31st from The Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, Wales. The PPV Special will be streaming live on The WWE Network starting at 3PM ET, which is just a few hours prior to All Elite Wrestling’s All Out PPV. The PPV Special has reportedly already sold out.
