Former Governor of Minnesota, Jesse Ventura is strongly considering running for President of the United States.
Ventura recently went to Twitter to confirm that he will be “testing the waters” for a presidential run as a member of the Green Party and emphasized that he is an Independent and not a Republican or Democrat.
Just like the current president Donald Trump, Ventura is a member of the WWE Hall of Fame. Wrestled for most of his career as Jesse “The Body” Ventura. Other than being a wrestler and Governor (1999 to 2003), Ventura is a Vietnam war veteran, and was part of the US Navy Underwater Demolition team at the time. Ventura was also an accomplished actor, appearing in films like Predator and The Running Man. He later had his own show called “Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura (2009 – 2012).”
