Jeff Hardy Scheduled To Appear In Court Tomorrow

According to PWInsider.com, Friday Night SmackDown Superstar Jeff Hardy is scheduled for a court appearance in The Moore County Courthouse in Moore County, North Carolina tomorrow. He will be facing charges of Driving While Impaired (DWI).

It was reported this past October that Jeff Hardy was arrested in Moore County, North Carolina due to Driving While Impaired. Jeff Hardy was also in trouble with the law this past Summer as he was arrested in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina due to public intoxication and impairment.

Jeff Hardy is currently out of in-ring action as he is still recovering from knee surgery. He will reportedly be out of in-ring action for at least 6-9 months.
