Friday Night SmackDown Superstar Ember Moon Reportedly Injured

It was reported on a recent edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Friday Night SmackDown Superstar Ember Moon is currently suffering from an injury on either her ankle or Achilles. It is unsure at the moment which injury Ember Moon has suffered, but if it is an ankle injury, then that could take months to heal and if it is an achilles injury, then that could take at least a year to heal.

This is not the first time for Ember Moon to be injured this year as right after The Royal Rumble this past January, it was revealed that she underwent immediate elbow surgery. Her most significant match this year was when she faced SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley for The SmackDown Women’s Title at SummerSlam. She hasn’t been wrestling that much after that and her last match before coming down with an injury was on an episode of Monday Night RAW this past month when she lost a Women’s Division Singles Match to Lacey Evans. Updates on Ember Moon’s injury and status will be provided once it is made available.
