BroserWeights Becomes New NXT Tag Team Champions At TakeOver: Portland

Last night’s NXT TakeOver: Portland Event saw The BroserWeights (Matt Riddle & Pete Dunne) defeat The Former NXT Tag Team Champions The Undisputed ERA (Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish) to become The New NXT Tag Team Champions.

This is the first time for The BroserWeights (Matt Riddle & Pete Dunne) to become The NXT Tag Team Champions. They earned the opportunity at The NXT Tag Team Titles by winning The 2020 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic. The Undisputed ERA (Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish) became The NXT Tag Team Champions back on The August 28th episode of NXT TV by defeating The NXT Tag Team Champions at the time The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford).
