Former WWE Intercontinental Champion John Morrison made his much-anticipated return to WWE TV during last night’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown.
Following The Miz’s Singles Match loss to one-half of The SmackDown Tag Team Champion Kofi Kingston, The Miz lost his cool and attacked Kofi Kingston. Later on in the evening, Cathy Kelley tried to get The Miz’s comments on the attack, but John Morrison answered The Miz’s locker room door when Cathy Kelley knocked on them.
According to John Morrison, The Miz had nothing more to say on the show and that signified the end of the segment. As previously reported, John Morrison recently signed a new five-year contract with the company after leaving in 2011. It looks like he will be on The Blue Brand moving forward. John Morrison recently made an appearance on WWE’s The Bump and took shots at Seth Rollins as well as other WWE Superstars.
