Jimmy Uso Reportedly Refused DUI Tests After Being Pulled By Police, More On His Arrest

It was previously reported that Monday Night RAW Superstar Jimmy Uso was recently arrested in a place close to Pensacola, Florida due to him driving under the influence. It was also reported that Jimmy Uso was booked at 3:04AM ET and charged with misdemeanor DUI – driving under the influence of alcohol with an unlawful blood alcohol level as well as booked on a bond that was set at $1,000.

According to court records, The Escambia County website now shows that Jimmy Uso was released at 10:15AM ET and is scheduled to be in court on Thursday, August 15th at 8:30AM ET. TMZ Sports said that Jimmy Uso was pulled over by police due to speeding. Police then got behind him and noticed that he was driving erratically, swerving “left and right.” Police also noticed that Jimmy Uso “reeked of alcohol” when he was pulled over and he refused when the officer tried to administer DUI tests. Jimmy Uso was then arrested on the DUI charge and also hit with a citation for speeding.

Back in February, Jimmy Uso was also arrested and charged with obstruction and disorderly conduct after he was involved in a drunken altercation with The Detroit Police Department. It is unfortunate that Jimmy Uso’s most recent arrest comes after the segment that took place on RAW this past Monday night where 16-time World Champion John Cena rapped and joked about The Usos’ history with being arrested. Cena said: “Respect for calling me out, but ain’t no way I’m getting bested.” “Ya’ll look just like your mugshots!
