Possible Reason For Stage Explosion Angle On Last Night's RAW

Last night’s episode of Monday Night RAW from The American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas opened up with The Falls Count Anywhere Match between Braun Strowman & Bobby Lashley. The match would be stopped when Strowman drove Lashley right into The Titantron.

That would then lead to a huge explosion on the stage and WWE would even have a bunch of pyro go off several times to add to the mayhem. Commentary even contributed in adding more drama and controversy to the already chaotic situation when Strowman & Lashley were placed on stretchers and driven away in ambulances.

It was speculated that a possible reason for WWE doing the stage explosion angle was to make way for a new stage and set. According to @Wrestlevotes, WWE has been working on having a new stage designed and built. It was also speculated that the stage explosion angle may have been done to speed up the arrival of the new set. You can check out the stage explosion angle in the photos and the videos below:
