According to PWInsider.com, WWE has hired Former ROH Employee Chris Resnick to work on The WWE Network Programming in a full-time capacity. Resnick leaving ROH is a huge blow to the company as he was one of the main men behind-the-scenes and he had a pretty significant role as The Director and The Producer of ROH’s weekly TV Series as well as PPV Events.
Resnick has been in ROH for 8 years and he was said to be extremely well-liked by everyone in the back including the officials and the wrestlers. It was on Thursday of this week that Resnick reportedly informed ROH Officials of his departure.
It was also said that Resnick’s departure will surely be felt by the company as he worked on more than 400 episodes of ROH’s weekly TV Series and he has directed a number of their recent PPV Event, including The G1 Supercard & The Crockett Cup. Resnick has also handled a significant number of the company’s video packages and graphics.
