According to F4WOnline.com, Bellator MMA is reportedly interested in signing WWE 205 Live Superstar Gentleman Jack Gallagher to fight for the promotion. As of this writing, no deal has been reached yet between the two sides, but they are currently in talks. There is no word yet on how Gallagher’s WWE contract would allow him to work for Bellator if a deal is reached, but it may not be an issue.
Gallagher currently has an amateur MMA record of 2-0 in The U.K., with two of those victories coming in the very first round via submission. Gallagher previously trained in various styles of fighting before he started working with WWE in 2016, including 8 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing & Boxing.
Gallagher spoke with ESPN in 2016 before he joined The WWE as part of The Cruiserweight Classic and said, “If you don’t think MMA is influenced by pro wrestling, you’ve got your head in the sand, and definitely vice-versa”
