We start the show with Dean Ambrose. The new World Heavyweight Champion makes his way to the ring. The crowd chants “you deserve it” as Ambrose says hard work pays off. Roman Reigns comes out. He says he just wants to congratulate his friend. But he then asks Dean if he is a fighting champ? He wants his rematch. Seth Rollins music hits. He says that he deserves a rematch as Ambrose “stole” the belt from him. Roman finds that ironic and tells Seth that now he knows how it feels like to get cashed in on. Shane McMahon comes out. He says there’s only one way to decide who is going to fight Ambrose first. There will be a match between Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns tonight.
Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens
Both men look beat up from last night’s Money In The Bank ladder match. Zayn takes control early in the match. Owens tries to run away to the outside but Zayn catches him and beats him even more. Action goes back to the ring. Owens finally is able to take control. He tosses Zayn into the air and Zayn takes a crazy fall. Sami is able to recover. Owens hits a superkick. He then goes for his pop-up powerbomb but gets reversed. Sami rolls Owens up and gets the victory. After the match Sami celebrates outside the ring. Owens hits Zayn with a kick. He then goes for a powerbomb outside the ring but the referees come out and stop him. The two try to keep brawling but the referees are able to separate them. We go to commercials.
Winner: Sami Zayn
We come back from break. Zayn and Owens are still brawling. Officials are still trying to separate the two men.
John Laurinaitis comes out. He says he has come back to run Smackdown and bring “People Power” back. He rambles on but Shane McMahon comes out. He asks him what is he doing here? John says he wants to give the people what they want. Shane says there is no way Johnny is coming back. He doesn’t want any “yes man” or anyone from The Authority to run Smackdown because he will be the one running Smackdown. Shane then ask John to leave. John Laurinaitis goes back to the mic and screams “people power” as he leaves. Enzo & Big Cass‘ music hits. Enzo and Shane have a staredown at each other’s sneakers. Enzo starts doing his strut as Shane joins him. They are in action next against The Vaudevillians.
Enzo Amore & Big Cass vs. The Vaudevillians
We start off with Enzo and English. We get reminded about Enzo’s injury last month. The Vaudevillians take control early. Enzo is not able to tag Big Cass. Simon Gotch comes in and beats Enzo some more. Enzo finally is able to make a comeback and tags in his partner. Big Cass comes in and dominates. He beats both of The Vaudevillians. Enzo hits the splash for the victory.
Winners: Enzo & Big Cass
AJ Styles makes his way to the ring. He says he’s ashamed of what happened last night. A dream match like that should not have ended like that. AJ says he had no idea The Club were going to interfere. He demand an apology. Anderson & Gallows come out. They say they’re sorry for their actions. AJ says he’s not satisfied. He thinks The Club owe John Cena an apology as well. Out comes Cena. He says an apology isn’t going to change what happened at Money In The Bank. AJ agrees and tells Cena he gets to fight any member of The Club of his choosing. Cena without hesitation Cena picks AJ. AJ says he meant anyone but him. Cena isn’t pleased and says it does not matter who he fights because no matter what he will always have to fight off all 3 members. The Club matters around and they decide that Karl Anderson will be the one to face Cena tonight.
John Cena vs Karl Anderson:
John Cena dominates the entire match. Throughout the match Cena keeps looking back at the entrance to see if The Club is going to interfere. Cena hits the Attitude Adjustment and goes for the pin. AJ and Gallows come down to the ring and attack Cena. Anderson & Gallows beat up Cena and set up Cena for AJ. Styles hits The Styles Clash. The 3 men pose as the fans boo.

A recap of the main event of Money In The Bank
Jojo interviews Becky Lynch. She says she is tired of people stabbing her in the back. From now on it’s “one strike and you’re out”. Natalya attacks Becky from behind. She beats her down and says it’s now all about her.
Baron Corbin vs Zack Ryder:
Corbin controls most of the match. He hits the End Of Days for the victory.

Women’s Championship match Charlotte vs. Paige:
Charlotte starts the match with a lot of offense. Paige can’t seem to come back. Charlotte hits a beautiful moonsault from the third rope. She goes for the cover but Paige kicks out. Paige doesn’t seem to quit. At one point, she hits her finisher and goes for the pin. Dana Brooke puts Charlotte’s foot on the rope and the ref is forced to stop the count. Paige attacks Dana as the referee kicks out Dana from ringside. This distraction is enough for Charlotte to hit her finisher and get the win.
Winner: Charlotte
After the match, both Dana and Charlotte attack Paige. Sasha Banks‘ music hits and out comes The Boss. Dana goes to attack her but gets hit with a right hand. Sasha then hits Charlotte with The Bank Statement. Dana tries to attack Sasha but Paige saves her. Two divas celebrate with Charlotte’s championship in the ring.
The Wyatt Family make their return to Monday Night RAW. The crowd chants “welcome back” as Bray delivers one of his cryptic promos. He is interrupted by The New Day. Kofi says that whenever The New Day come out, everyone has a good time. Unlike the Wyatts. They bring nothing but negativity to the people. Bray starts laughing cynically and says The New Day will fall. He chants “New, Day falls” “New, Day falls” as Braun and Rowan clap along. He then tells The New Day to RUN.

Lana introduces Rusev. We then go backstage as Rene Young interviews Titus O’neil. He says that tonight is not about wins or loses. It’s not even about the United States Championship. Tonight he is going to send a message to never mess with his family again. The match never starts as both men fight viciously. Rusev is finally able to escape as Titus stands tall in the ring.

Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins
Dean Ambrose comes out and will be doing commentary for this match. He says he doesn’t care who wins. He also states he would have done the same to Roman at Money In The Bank if he would have retained his Championship. Seth and Roman have a great match. Rollins puts Reigns in a sleeper hold. Rollins misses a head kick. Reigns pounds on Rollins. Reigns goes to pick up Rollins, but Rollins pops up with an enzguri. After trading punches, Reigns tags Rollins with a massive lariat. Rollins surprises Reigns with a running knee to the back, followed by a dive to the outside. Reigns reverses a roll up into a struggle powerbomb for a two count. Reigns goes for the Superman punch, but Rollins kicks Reigns in the chest. Rollins goes for the pedigree, but Reigns reverses it. Rollins springboards off the second rope, but Reigns Superman punches him in midair. Reigns goes for the spear, but Rollins kicks him in the face. Rollins finally hits his springboard knee, followed by a head kick for another two count. Rollins misses a frog splash. Reigns hits the drive by. Reigns clears the Spanish announce table. Reigns spears Rollins over the Spanish announce table. Both Reigns and Rollins get counted out.
No contest. Double count out.
Shane McMahon comes out and says that there needs to be a number one contender for Battleground. Ambrose interrupts him and says he is willing to fight both Rollins and Roman in the same night. Shane says he has a better idea. At Battleground, Ambrose will face both Rollins and Roman in the same match at the same time. It will be a Triple Threat Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Ambrose goes up to both men and stares them down. He then hits Dirty Deeds on Roman. He leaves and Seth mocks Reigns. Ambrose hits the ring again and hits Rollins with Dirty Deeds as well. The champ stands tall in the ring as the show ends.
