IMPACT Planning to Possibly Move Forward With Rebellion Event

Impact Wrestling Rebellion - Wrestling Examiner

Impact Wrestling had recently announced that the Rebellion pay-per-view (PPV) would not happen on April 19 in New York City as it was previously scheduled, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A new report by PWInsider says that there are plans to keep moving forward with the PPV “in some form,” possible reworking the show into a special episode of IMPACT on AXS TV. Reportedly, IMPACT has a “tentative plan” that would involve taping new material in an empty arena or venue. A couple matches are expected to be announced for Rebellion on tonight’s program of IMPACT on AXS TV.
