First-Ever WWE Women’s Tag Champs Crowned At Sunday Night’s Chamber PPV

It was a historic night for The WWE as well as The Women’s Evolution as The First-Ever WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions were crowned at The WWE Elimination Chamber PPV Event last Sunday night from The Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.

Sasha Banks & Bayley became The First-Ever WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions by winning The WWE Women’s Tag Team Elimination Chamber Match at last Sunday night’s WWE Elimination Chamber PPV Event.

Banks & Bayley are the first champions recognized under these new titles. Other teams in last Sunday night’s match were Naomi & Carmella, Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose, Tamina Snuka & Nia Jax, Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan and The IIconics.

Last Sunday night’s match started with Rose & Deville vs. Banks & Bayley. Carmella & Naomi were eliminated first by The IIconics. The IIconics were eliminated second by Jax & Snuka. The Riott Squad was eliminated next by Snuka & Jax. Jax & Snuka were eliminated next by Bayley & Banks. Banks & Bayley then eliminated Deville & Rose to win the titles.
