Brock Lesnar Returns At MITB & Wins The Men’s MITB Ladder Match

Last night at The Money In The Bank PPV Event, Brock Lesnar made a surprise return and won The Men’s MITB Ladder Match, which was the evening’s main event. An angle was done earlier in the night wherein Braun Strowman took out Sami Zayn, eventually leaving a slot open for The Men’s MITB Ladder Match. Last night’s match originally began with 7 Superstars – Ali, Andrade, Randy Orton, WWE Intercontinental Champion Finn Balor, Drew McIntyre, Baron Corbin & Ricochet. Brock Lesnar did not make his surprise return until the very end of the match.

Lesnar now has a briefcase which guarantees him a future title shot at either The WWE Title or The WWE Universal Title for the next one year. A WWE Universal Title Match between WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins & Brock Lesnar has been rumored to take place at next month’s WWE Super ShowDown Event from The King Abdullah Sports City’s King Abdullah International Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, but there is no word yet on if this will be Lesnar’s cash-in or just his WrestleMania 35 rematch.
