WWE made an announcement during this past Friday night’s episode of SmackDown that Bray Wyatt as himself and not “The Fiend” will be facing The Miz in a Non-Title Match at this coming Sunday’s WWE TLC PPV.
It was said that the original match planned for TLC was supposed to see WWE Universal Champion “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt defend his WWE Universal Title against Daniel Bryan, but it was reported on a recent edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that The WWE will postpone that match until further notice and let the storyline between “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt and Daniel Bryan play out.
It was also reported that The WWE decided to do a Bray Wyatt vs. The Miz Non-Title Match, which is what will be taking place at TLC.
WWE’s TLC is set to take place this coming Sunday, December 15th from The Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Below is the updated card for this sunday’s WWE TLC PPV:
SmackDown Tag Team Title Match
– The New Day (Big E & Kofi Kingston) (c) vs. The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder)
TLC Match
– Roman Reigns vs. King Corbin
Non-Title Match
– WWE Universal Champion Bray Wyatt vs. The Miz
