It was reported on a recent edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson may have already agreed to, on the verge of or has actually signed new WWE contracts that will keep them in the company for the next five years. This comes after The Club officially reuniting this past Monday night on RAW when AJ Styles, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson triple teamed and laid The WWE United States Champion Ricochet out after Ricochet successfully retained his WWE United States Title.
The new WWE contracts that Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson are signing are said to be for a long-term deal and despite the exact length of the new contracts not being revealed, it is said to be for five years since most of the recent new WWE contracts that have been signed are for five years as well.
The recent heel turn of AJ Styles as well as the reunion of The Club was reportedly already planned out even before Paul Heyman was hired as the new Executive Director of Monday Night RAW. Paul Heyman reportedly did not run all of the creative for RAW this past Monday night, but his “fingerprints” were all over the show.
It was also said that unlike the situation with RAW Tag Team Champions The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder) wherein they were given the titles, the immediate push and the partnership with Shane McMahon to keep them from going to AEW next year, Gallows and Anderson are said to be focused on the storyline of The Club with AJ Styles and they have made the decision to stay with the company.
