It was recently announced by The WWE that “The Boss” Sasha Banks will be taking on Nikki Cross in a Women’s Division Singles Match during tonight’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, which will be taped inside The Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. The show will then air a few hours later on FOX.
Banks last wrestled for The WWE at last month’s WWE Hell In A Cell PPV Event when she lost to RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch in a RAW Women’s Title Match inside The Hell In A Cell Structure. She hasn’t wrestled since as that is when she suffered a tailbone injury.

Sasha Banks Returns To Face Nikki Cross on Friday Night SmackDown
Get back to work. The Boss is back and set for battle against Nikki Cross on Friday Night SmackDown.
Sasha Banks last competed in a Hell in a Cell showdown against RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch. Since that devastating defeat, The Boss has rallied behind her close friend Bayley by lending a hand to The SmackDown Women’s Champion in her victory over challenger Nikki Cross.
Now Cross seeks payback for The Boss’ involvement and the role she played in costing the former Women’s Tag Team Champion a chance to win the title.
Will The Boss make a splash in her return to the ring, or will Cross make Banks long for a return to the sidelines?
Tune in to Friday Night SmackDown on FOX at 8/7 C to find out.
