Last Saturday’s NJPW Royal Quest Event saw KENTA become The New NEVER Openweight Champion by defeating The Former NEVER Openweight Champion “The Stone Pitbull” Tomohiro Ishii.
This is KENTA’s first time becoming The NEVER Openweight Champion. Tomohiro Ishii became The NEVER Openweight Champion back in June of this year by defeating The Former NEVER Openweight Champion at the time Taichi at Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall.
