Last night’s WWE Extreme Rules PPV Event saw Brock Lesnar cash-in his Money In The Bank Contract on Former WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins to be crowned The New WWE Universal Champion.
The cash-in happened after Seth Rollins & RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch successfully retained their respective titles by defeating Baron Corbin & Lacey Evans in The Winners Take All Extreme Rules Mixed Tag Team Main Event Matchup. Rollins was quickly defeated by Brock Lesnar when Lesnar hit Rollins with an F5. Extreme Rules would then go off the air with Brock Lesnar & Paul Heyman standing tall with The WWE Universal Title on Lesnar’s waist.
Brock Lesnar is now a three-time WWE Universal Champion with his win last night at Extreme Rules. Seth Rollins became The WWE Universal Champion at this past April’s WWE WrestleMania 35 PPV Event by defeating Brock Lesnar.
