WWE Backstage Viewership Down For This Week’s New Year’s Eve Show

According to Showbuzz Daily, this past Tuesday night’s New Year’s Eve Episode of WWE Backstage was only able to draw a total of 97,000 viewers.

This total is down from last week’s total of 153,000 viewers for a show that featured Maria Menounos, Paul Walter Houser and Ember Moon as the guests. Last week’s Christmas Eve Episode of WWE Backstage also featured The 2019 WWE Year-End Awards. This week’s total is reportedly the third lowest viewership since the show officially premiered in its normal timeslot in early November.

Renee Young, Christian & WWE Hall Of Famer Booker T were the featured guests on this week’s show. WWE Backstage Analyst CM Punk was not on this week’s show once again and will not be back until The January 21st episode of WWE Backstage.

This week’s episode of WWE Backstage drew a 0.03 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which is down from last week’s episode of WWE Backstage that drew 0.05. This week’s episode of WWE Backstage ranked #124 on the Cable Top 150 list, which is the exact same ranking as last week’s episode of WWE Backstage.

WWE Backstage drew a total of 1.060 million viewers across the 9 episodes that aired since the show officially premiere on November 5th. WWE Backstage averaged 117,777 viewers per episode. WWE Backstage’s Special Preview Episode that aired on October 15th drew 597,000 viewers and the special preview that aired on October 25th drew 426,000 viewers. These numbers were not included in the totals for the year.
