According to Al Lenhart, Owner Of WrestleCircus, the wrestling promotion recently closed down and an event that was scheduled to take place this past Sunday, July 28th was cancelled. Lenhart recently issued a statement in which he stated that he was advised against bringing back WrestleCircus by his most trusted peers, but then it was his own personal and private life choice that led to the promotion’s demise. Lenhart also said that those fans who bought tickets will be getting refunds.
WrestleCircus’ cancelled show known as The Scorpio Sky Summer Circus Show was supposed to feature talents from All Elite Wrestling & IMPACT Wrestling. Some of the matches that were included in the show’s lineup are as follows: SCU (Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian & Scorpio Sky) vs. The Rascalz (Dezmond Xavier, Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel), Jessicka Havok vs. Tessa Blanchard in a Lady Of The Ring Title Match and Darby Allin & Pricilla Kelly vs. Will Allday & Alex Gracia vs. Andrew Everett & Rosemary in a Three-Way Mixed Tag Team Match. Brian Pillman Jr. was also supposed to have his WrestleCircus debut against JT Dunn on the show.
