In October, Taz temporarily stepped away from his role in AEW to undergo total knee replacement surgery, which led to him being written out of storylines through a parking lot attack angle. After a period of recovery, Taz took to Twitter to provide a detailed update on his condition. In his post, he shared how his recovery is progressing and expressed gratitude for the support from fans and AEW. Though still in the healing process, Taz remains optimistic about his return and thanked everyone for their patience during this time.
