DX Reunites After SmackDown Goes Off The Air, Huge Tri-Brand Brawl Ensues

The ending of last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, which was The Go-Home Show of this Sunday’s WWE Survivor Series PPV Event, saw a huge brawl between The Superstars Of Friday Night SmackDown, The Superstars Of Monday Night RAW and The Superstars Of NXT ensue.

The huge brawl started when Superstars from The Men’s Team RAW and The Superstars from The Men’s Team SmackDown started to fight following the big 6-Man Tag Team Main Event Matchup, which saw King Corbin, Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode defeat “The Big Dog” Roman Reigns, Shorty G & Mustafa Ali, who got pinned by King Corbin in his hometown of Chicago.

Fans would then chant for NXT while the huge brawl was taking place and that is when WWE COO Triple H and WWE Hall Of Famers “Road Dogg” BG James and “The Heart Break Kid” Shawn Michaels appeared with a large group of NXT Superstars, riding the classic DX jeep that was used in the infamous WCW invasion angle from April 1998 in Norfolk, Virginia.

Triple H, Road Dogg and Shawn Michaels would then appear live inside The Allstate Arena as they were leading the group of NXT Superstars into battle. Superstars from SmackDown, RAW and NXT would then get into it for a number of minutes, all over the ring, until SmackDown went off the air following a showdown between Keith Lee and Braun Strowman. The ring would then begin to fill up with more Superstars as the show came to a close.

After the show ended, there was some sort of a mini-DX reunion inside the ring with Triple H, Road Dogg & Shawn Michaels. They tried to get King Corbin to join the group and he fell for it, but would then get punched by Road Dogg, Sweet Chin Musicked by HBK & Pedigreed by Triple H. That was the end of the show.
