As previously reported, The King Of The Ring Tournament will be making it’s return to WWE TV during next week’s episode of Monday Night RAW from The Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.
It was announced during last night’s episode of Monday Night RAW from The Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada that The King Of The Ring Tournament will consists of 16 WWE Superstars from both The Monday Night RAW & SmackDown LIVE Rosters. It was also announced that The King Of The Ring Tournament will begin during next week’s episode of Monday Night RAW and it will continue over the next few weeks.
All 16 competitors who will be in The King Of The Ring Tournament have been announced and they are as follows:
Monday Night RAW: Baron Corbin, Cesaro, Cedric Alexander, Drew McIntyre, Ricochet, Sami Zayn, Samoa Joe & The Miz
SmackDown LIVE: Ali, Andrade, Apollo Crews, Buddy Murphy, Chad Gable, WWE 24/7 Champion Elias, Kevin Owens & Shelton Benjamin
The full details of The King Of The Ring Tournament has not yet been announced, but updates and information will be provided once it is made available. The King Of The Ring Tournament last took place back on April 28th, 2015 and it was won by Bad News Barrett. Below is WWE’s announcement on The King Of The Ring Tournament:
