In a recent post on his Bluesky account, former AEW World Champion Hangman Page seemed to subtly reference the retirement of Logan Paul, the former WWE United States Champion. Logan Paul announced (Not sure if this is kayfabe or not) his “retirement” from wrestling earlier this week during an appearance on the IMPAULSIVE podcast, stating that he would not be participating in WrestleMania 41.
Hangman Page shared a cryptic message on Bluesky, writing,
“I hope the next person they give half my moveset to is at least kinda cool.”
While Hangman did not provide any further context or explanation for his statement, many fans speculated that the comment was aimed at Paul, who has used some of Page’s signature moves, including the Buckshot Lariat, during his WWE career. This move, one of Hangman’s trademarks, has been part of Paul’s repertoire since his time in WWE, adding fuel to the speculation that the post was a response to Paul’s announcement.
