It was previously reported that NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, Matt Riddle, Keith Lee, Tommaso Ciampa, Bianca Belair, Tegan Nox, Rhea Ripley & NXT Champion Adam Cole, among others made their presences felt during last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown from The KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York and left their marks on the show and this is due to a number of top blue brand Superstars being stuck in Saudi Arabia and unable to make it back to the United States in time for the show.
The main event of last night’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown saw NXT Champion Adam Cole defend his NXT Title against Daniel Bryan and come out on top. After the main event, WWE COO Triple H stood in the middle of the ring with The NXT Superstars who made their presences felt on SmackDown and sent a warning to RAW & SmackDown for later this month’s WWE Survivor Series PPV Event.
There was a promo that aired during WWE Crown Jewel regarding later this month’s WWE Survivor Series that reveals some information where NXT would be involved in The PPV. Triple H said on his promo at the end of Friday Night SmackDown that Survivor Series will see NXT do battle against RAW & SmackDown.
