IMPACT Wrestling World Champion Sami Callihan recently took to Twitter and revealed a new and up-close look at The IMPACT Wrestling World Title’s design, which has a black, red and gold color and shading on it’s front.
The IMPACT Wrestling World Title’s new design, which has a red color and shading on it’s front reportedly replaced the title’s previous blue shading to represent the new TV home of IMPACT Wrestling, which is AXS TV.
Sami Callihan became The IMPACT Wrestling World Champion during IMPACT Wrestling’s AXS TV debut on October 29th, 2019, which was taped on October 25th. He defeated Brian Cage, who had won The IMPACT Wrestling World Title from Johnny Impact back at Rebellion on April 28th. Sami Callihan’s title win was named the “Best Moment” in the 2019 IMPACT Wrestling Year-End Awards.
