- Cesar Duran opened the show, addressing the crowd and getting them hyped up with a “Lucha” chant.
- Hechicero & Ultimo Guerrero defeated Esfinge & Kevin Knight in an exciting tag match.
- Salina de la Renta appeared backstage, hyping up her client Bad Dude Tito, promising that he would crush the skull of Matthew Justice.
- Chain Match: BRG defeated Alex Kane after a distraction from CW Anderson, leading to Kane’s defeat.
- Mads Krule Krugger cut a promo backstage, hyping up his upcoming match against AKIRA at MLW Slaughterhouse on November 23.
- MLW Women’s World Featherweight Championship: Janai Kai (c) successfully defended her title against Lluvia and Persephone.
- Delmi Exo came out to confront Janai Kai, warning her not to underestimate Azteca Lucha. Exo fought off some of Kai’s henchmen, but Kai escaped to the back as Exo was held back by officials.
- Salina de la Renta issued a warning to CONTRA Unit, vowing there would be consequences if they didn’t return Cezar Duran unharmed.
- Falls Count Anywhere Match for the MLW National Openweight Championship: Matthew Justice defeated Bad Dude Tito (c) to win the title in a hard-fought contest.
- MLW World Heavyweight Champion Satoshi Kojima was attacked in the ring by Minoru Suzuki and Ikuro Kwon. Matt Riddle made the save, challenging them to an impromptu tag team match, which Suzuki accepted.
- MLW World Tag Team Championship: Minoru Suzuki & Ikuro Kwon (c) vs. Matt Riddle & Satoshi Kojima was called off when Kwon misted Kojima, and Suzuki hit the referee. A chaotic brawl ensued, with Suzuki and Kwon ganging up on Riddle until officials intervened. The fight continued as they brawled to the back.
- Atlantis, Atlantis Jr., & Star Jr. defeated Magnus, Felino & Barbaro Cavernario in a fast-paced trios match.
- Donovan Dijak attacked Los Aztecas, and MSL hyped him up, claiming Dijak had an open contract for any match. Dijak took shots at KENTA, claiming someone was doing his finisher better than him. He also mocked Matt Riddle and called out Tom Lawlor, who was on commentary. Dijak and Lawlor had an intense stare-down before brawling in the ring, with officials trying to break it up.
- MLW World Middleweight Championship: Mistico (c) retained his title by defeating Titan and Averno in a thrilling triple-threat match.
- Barbaro Cavernario attacked Mistico after the match, unmasking him and challenging him to a match at MLW Kings of Colosseum.
- In a backstage segment, Salina de la Renta was shown angrily on the phone. When she entered the room, she discovered Cezar Duran tied to a chair. As Salina doubled over in pain, it was revealed that her water had broken. She rushed to the hospital with Duran reluctantly following her.
