It was recently announced that NXT Champion Adam Cole will be defending his NXT Title against Johnny Gargano in a 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Rubber Match at next month’s NXT TakeOver: Toronto II PPV Special.
This match is nothing like previous 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Matches as all three falls will be contested under different stipulations. The first two stipulations will be chosen by NXT Champion Adam Cole & Johnny Gargano while the 3rd and final fall, if it does reach to that stage, will be chosen by NXT General Manager William Regal. All three stipulations are said to be announced soon.
NXT TakeOver: Toronto II is set to take place on Saturday, August 10th from The Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada during WWE SummerSlam weekend.
