3. The Miz, WWE Intercontinental Champion

The only thing that is unfortunate about The Miz‘s Intercontinental Championship reign is that it is his seventh. While I do feel that The Miz has accomplished his goal in restoring prestige to WWE‘s signature second-tier title, it was a long road to get there. So many scenarios that played out involving the Intercontinental Championship over the last few years hurt the division more than helped it.

Through those tumultuous times, the one constant has been The Miz. While other WWE Superstars merely contested for the Intercontinental Championship as a matter of circumstance or convenience, The Miz has truly stood over all of them as a torchbearer of this generation.

How can you not love this guy? The Miz is truly one of the greatest of all time, and with the addition of Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel as his Miztourage, this could be his greatest Intercontinental Championship reign yet.
