Only one match up on NXT this week, as the best 2 out of 3 falls match between Sami Zayn and Samoa Joe to determine the #1 Contender to Finn Balor took up the entire hour.
In what many are calling a slow and uneventful match, Samoa Joe choked out Zayn for the 3rd fall. Zayn didn’t tap, but the ref called for an end to the match.
It has been announced now that Samoa Joe will challenge Finn Balor for the NXT Championship at the Takeover: Dallas event during Wrestlemania weekend.
